It's too late. Well, by posting this, it's now too late. I just signed up for this:
STAIR CLIMB TO THE TOP - Think you’ve got what it takes to make it to the top?I pushed the button to register before I really thought it through, and now I'm nervous. So I post this not to brag, but to keep from canceling my registration. Now that you all know about it, I can't back out. So when this day comes, and I'm suffering from an excruciating build up of lactic acid and feel like I'll never walk again, you can be sure I'll be cursing your name. Because you made me do it.
Be part of the City National team for Stair Climb to the Top – by climbing the tallest building on the west coast to raise funds for the Ketchum-Downtown YMCA in support of their programs for youth, families and seniors in downtown. All fitness levels welcome, free training provided by the Y! It’s 75 stories and 1500 steps, and all you need is the desire to make it to the top!

Telling people about something is a sure way to guarantee you follow through with it. You can be sure that I will be bugging you about it (because I am way impressed)!
Just think 1 story a minute would make a 75 minute walk, that would be cake!
Go Jill Go!
I tried only taking the stairs at school, that lasted about a week, and thats only 7 stories to my highest class....
Good luck!
So have you got your stepping outfit all picked out?!? oh please wear the stellar wrist and head bands. Can't wait to cheer you on!
You can totally do it! When we were in Hawaii our building was 37 stories and I was surprised at my stair climbing abilities. Trust me, since you already work out it will be a peice of cake, delicious butt blasting cake. There ain't nothin' like stairs to smooth out the dimples! I know first hand sista'! Yay for you! Good luck!
Oh p.s. if you sweat at all I recommend a sweat band on your wrist. I don't know why but when I was on those stairs my sweat glands went in to extreme over drive. Ew gross. Sorry.
Looks like you are gonna have to start getting in shape by paddle boarding. Ha ha. But really it is a bit of a work out. I went to Kites Etc. in Sunset Beach. Check the link in my blog and it will take you to the site. Bring cash when you go. That's how they like to get paid.
my leg muscles hurt for you already...
