More Blessing Photos

To accommodate our families and their conflicting schedules, we finally decided (very last minute) to have Lola's blessing at our (very small) apartment. It worked. We were still missing a lot of key people, but oh well. The girl wasn't getting any younger.

Here's a few of the kiddos.
The obligatory family shot. Kenny shaved his beard for the occasion, but hasn't shaved since.
Those eyebrows. Seriously. She always looks so concerned. Plus she was tired at this point.

Skyler was out of town, but Elise was able to make it. (Don't mind Lola's face...the important thing is that WE looked good, right?)
Poor Mark had MAJOR car problems on the way...but at least we had my parents and Kenny's mom.
I'm sad I didn't get any other photos of those who came...we were all kind of rushed. Or maybe it was just me.

I know a lot of these photos are essentially the same...but I don't really care. I'll be staring at them all day at work and they'll make me happy. I really love her. And Kenny. And everyone who came.

Thank you.
It was a good day.

She is so sweet Jill. Seriously. The eyebrows make her even cuter! It looks like it was a special day. We blessed Della at home and it was the best. Our family is a lot smaller than ya'lls and we barely fit in our 849 sq. ft. house. Just think of it as an intimate space. Congrats again.

So fun that you were able to have the family get together for the blessing. She is so beautiful, I love the pics. And you look great as well!

She is so beautiful! Seriously, she totally takes after her Mommy. And the "styling" doesn't hurt either. ;)I can't believe I'm going to say this, but Kenny may be the only person in the world who looks better WITH a beard. Handsome either way but better with the beard.

Such cute photos, and I know that feeling of rushed, it seems like no matter how hard you planned and prepared for it, you still are all over the place. I had wished we took more pictures of Axel with others. We took most of his pictures after the fact, and because of the blaring snow outside it was hard the lighting was awful. But she is soo darling. Did your mom tell you she saved my butt in Roberts the other day? Seriously I felt so dumb but if she only knew how that one little act of kindness she did, seriously saved me.
It made me believe the there are still considerate people out there in this world.
